Glorified data entry job begging to be automated
I manage a private medical aid’s social media and at the end of every month I am required to create a spreadsheet of everyone that has contacted the medical aid, their name and surname, membership number, cell phone number, first/repeat enquiry and type of enquiry. Currently I am manually entering all of this info and it is incredibly menial and boring.
What would be the easiest way for me to automatically skim the Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business and Instagram inboxes and grab the names, surnames, membership numbers and cell phone numbers from these conversations and export them to an excel spreadsheet? Does this require API access to each website?
